Project

Dollar Loan Center

Project Description

During the constructing of the new Dollar Loan Center in Henderson,
Nevada, a challenge arose when placement and finishing flaws damaged the
polished concrete surfaces. Precision in repair was crucial, given that the
facility featured polished concrete in breezeways, bathrooms, throughout a vast
20,000-square-foot indoor stadium.

Initially, hundreds of flawed repairs were attempted using a
resin grinder dust repair mix. Unfortunately, these repairs failed to match the
standards of the owner and architect, leading to rejection.

The solution? Camo Patch UV, which excelled in replacing the
initial repairs. Utilizing the “Spot On” method of tinting alongside
locally sourced concrete sands, this system proved to be both non-shrinking and
compatible with the polished concrete surface. As a result, the project was
brought back to its envisioned pristine state.
